Young Father Seeks Government Grant Money For Face Saving Dentures

I am 28 years old with a wife and three kids. Two boys are just my wife's, and one boy is just mine.
I am unemployed at the moment but I am a carpenter by trade. I am really hardworking although right now times are hard for everyone.
I have lost many of my teeth. Daily I taste poison. They started deteriorating about five years ago. I can no longer eat many foods. It has gotten so bad I feel sick daily.
The dentist wants to pull them all because of the heath risk. I am much too young to not have any teeth.
It even hurts to brush them they are so bad. The antibiotics they give me no longer work.
I have a problem getting a job due to not being very confident with my smile.
I also have many hospital bills I am unable to pay from my face being so swollen I was unable to eat for three or four days at a time.
I cannot afford the medicine I need to help with the problem.
I have tried to get a regular job at places like Walmart, Lowe's and Fry's. I have tried to work for myself as a carpenter, scrapping metal, mowing lawns… anything.
I applied for unemployment. I even applied for Disability. I have reached out to churches to get help.
I have also tried starting a business at home with no success. But I am still looking daily.
I am looking for a grant to help pay for full set of dentures I am in desperate need of.
