Woman With Multiple Disabilities Seeks Government Grant For Medical Expenses

I am disabled due to Hepatitis C, Hashimoto's Disease, Type 2 Diabetes, severe neuropathy, and multifocal dystonia.
I receive disability payments every month around $700. I am married and my husband lost his job, and we are being foreclosed on.
My husband is a seminary graduate (New Orleans Theological Seminary) and uses his musical talents to accompany our church's music worship program.
I am volunteering one day a week at an organization called "STARC" (St. Tammany Association for Retarded Citizens) and teach art there.
Our church cannot assist us presently due to tithing being way down due to the economy and the number of members being needy at this time.
We need the funds to move and acquire another home. I have exhausted all local resources and have been told time and time again, that there either isn't any funding available or they are overwhelmed or I just don't qualify.
One organization said that we have to become homeless first. Even at that, there is a waiting list.
I am hoping there is a charitable organization or government grant out there that can assist our situation.
So far, the government has told me that I make "too much money" to qualify for food stamps or any other assistance.
I have medical equipment that is necessary to my everyday life that comes into play here as well.
