Widowed Disabled Single Mother Seeks Housing Grant Money For Home Repairs

My living vessel is not sea-worthy and this is my SOS.
I was in an automobile accident and developed pulmonary embolism.
My husband was in the accident and he was disabled before getting pancreatic cancer and dying.
I was then diagnosed with four types of breast cancer. The treatment put me into a diabetic mode.
After radiation and chemo I became diabetic and went into a coma. I have a daughter who has cerebral palsy from birth.
I am barely making ends meet with my medical expenses and monthly living expenses.
I scrape by barely and pray for the next thing to not break since I have no "savings" or "extra" income.
I have an 8-year-old car I am trying to keep running along with an almost 20-year-old air conditioner.
I'm not doing so great. It's just my daughter and I. We have no other family.
My financial hardships are great. I have never asked anyone for anything but this is just too much for me and I honestly do not know where to turn or what to do.
My ceilings are literally falling down. I would appreciate any advice or help anyone could give me.
I lost my husband to pancreatic cancer and then I was diagnosed with four kinds of breast cancer.
I was struggling to overcome that when I went into diabetic ketosis. I live with my 21-year-old daughter who has cerebral palsy.
I was looking for a grant or something, anything to help us.
I am looking for anything that will help keep the roof from falling in.
I am unable to repair the roof and it is leaking everywhere. The wood is rotting and falling down. I sincerely need help.
