Visually Impaired 21 Year Old Seeks Grant Money For College Education

I am 21 years old, and visually impaired. I want to get my bachelors in business administration.
Being visually impaired and trying to pay for college out of my own pocket is hard. The college I’m attending is somewhat expensive. It will cost me $60,000 to $65,000 to get my bachelors degree.
Since I have a vision loss, and want to get a college education, vocational rehab should pay for this amount. However, they will not.
Vocational rehab tells me that this college is to expensive, and I can get this same degree at a less expensive college.
I feel that I should be able to choose the college I like and that I want to go to. This college really sparked my interest, and the staff is really helpful towards me with my visual impairment.
I would really be grateful for any or all help I can receive to pay for college. I want a college degree to have a better life and career.
Thanks for taking the time to read this and the help you can provide me.
