Vietnam Veteran Seeks Government Housing Grant For Extended Family

My name is Ray Manion, and I'm a Vietnam War veteran. I am in need of assistance getting a grant to get a home for my family.
I was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2007 and have been disabled since that time. I am going to be 63 years old in December and I am in no shape to build a new home.
We're not looking to build a brand new home. We have a mobile home chosen that would suit our needs just fine.
The home we are living in now is the family home, but it's a 90-year-old house. We have extensive termite damage, we need a new roof and wiring, the floor in the bathroom is about to give way, and the house is very unlevel.
The house is very unhealthy for me as well. We have mold and leaks, which lead to more mold, and I've only got one and a half lungs and I'm not supposed to be breathing that in.
We know that there is no hope to get this house fixed. We've looked into that option before. It would cost too much and take too much time.
I'm no longer physically or financially able to make the repairs or have a new house built. Our children are living with us and they each have children of their own.
We have a total of eight people in our house all the time, in a three-bedroom home. The grand children are 1, 2 and 3 years old. It's not a good place for them to be in either.
We wouldn't be asking for help, but our only income is my VA pension, and it's $1,510 a month. After all of our bills are paid every month, we are doing good to have $100 in the bank.
There's no way we can possibly afford to do any of this without some help. So we need some advice or some help in getting a grant so that we can get the trailer that we've looked at before this house falls in around our ears.
