VA Neglected Disabled Vietnam Veteran Seeks Grant Money For New Vehicle

As the other disabled veteran before me, I am also 100% service connected and need help getting another automobile.
My car is going to need a transmission. Aamco on Rt. 166 in Toms River NJ quoted that it would cost me up to $3,000 to repair it.
The closest VAMC is 73 miles each way. My stores for groceries and supplies are only a half-mile away but I just can't do it.
I am 64. I've had six angioplasties, bypass surgery, thyroid cancer surgery, anal fissure surgery, and my adrenal gland and gall bladder removed.
I had my right cancerous kidney removed in July 2008, and part of my colon and intestines removed due to diverticulitis at Christmas 2008.
I have hypertension, diabetes Type II, and have been taking 200 mgs of Zoloft for 18 years for my PTSD from the Vietnam War.
There does not seem to be any help for us disabled veterans way out here on the Jersey shore, and I just know deep down, the VA is definitely not going to help.
I filed a claim for heart disease due to herbicide exposure in 1992 that was denied. In October 2009 the Secretary added heart disease (CAD/IHD) to the presumptive list of diseases for those who served in RVN during a specific time frame, which I did.
Then they (DVA) go ahead and place a stay on it, going totally against the regulatory time frame for adding they were required to add it to the federal register.
Why should we have to continue to wait, and why does the VA get to not abide by regulation and get away with it?
The VA tortures those who put their lives on the line for this country, and I truly believe they are waiting and hoping we all die first.
