US Army Retiree Seeks Business Grant Money For Cajun Connection Cookbook

My name is Kevin B. Guillory Sr, Army retiree with 22 years in the United States Army (Light Infantry).

I worked overseas with MPRI as a contractor training soldiers for an additional three years.

I have been working on my cookbook (The Creole Connection) for approximately ten years, validated by immediate family members in Louisiana.

At this point in my life, I would like to publish the cookbook, and also open a small BBQ/Cajun/Creole eatery in the Atlanta area, specifically McDonough, Georgia.

Here the market for an ethnic food like mine will do well because it is different, authentic and just good.

Atlanta is a big city so there is versatility and I would also cater and vendor games. Thanks for the opportunity to hear my story in hopes of becoming a reality.
