Totally And Permanently Disabled Vietnam Veteran Seeks Grant To Fireproof Home

I need to replace the old heating and air system that was set up to burn wood too but it smokes up the house every time it was used and I'm afraid to use it.
I need a high-energy-saving system, then I need to tear out the wood paneling on the inside walls and install sheet rock on the interior walls.
The way the house is now it's a matchbox waiting to burn.I have no sheet rock on 90% of the house and I would put in insulation too where needed. I would replace all the windows and doors with high-energy-saving type.
I would replace the roof with a light-colored metal roof to save more energy and fireproof my house even more.
I need to put insulation on the outside of the house and then put siding on it.
My home is over 26 years old and it's at a point where the work needs to be done soon or it's going to burn down or fall down.
