Stroke Disabled Self Employed Father Seeks Help To Avoid Home Foreclosure

I suffered a stroke last year on Thanksgiving 2010 at the age of 55. Now I need financial assistance to avoid losing my home.
I am a self-employed computer consultant. I was the sole provider for my family of 3: wife, son and daughter-in law.
I am a software developer but the stroke impaired the fine motor skills in my right hand so I cannot use a keyboard.
The stroke also impaired my mental acuity for complex tasks, which is essential in my profession
I just bought my house 5 years ago when I assumed a large mortgage debt, which I could just barely afford at the time being the sole wage earner in the family.
I have tried to work at home doing software development, but I am unable to be sufficiently productive for my clients due to my impaired ability to manage stress.
I have cashed in all my retirement funds and borrowed to the max on my life insurance policies. I have exhausted everything to pay bills for the last 9 months.
I would like a grant to continue paying my mortgage off in order to avoid foreclosure.
I am also interested in expanding my computer consulting business by hiring sales personnel and by hiring software developers.
