Stroke Disabled Man Seeks Grant Money For Professional Engineering License Exam

I need grant money to continue my pursuit of the following two personal goals, which were interrupted by a stroke:

1) obtain review books and attend review courses in order to take my professional engineering license exam

2) finish my advance study work in engineering

Completion of the above two objectives will help me get back on my feet, become independent, and obtain a job.
