Single Mother With Two Disabled Children Seeks Grant Money For Medical Bills

My name is Mindie Farr. I am 26 years old. I have 3 young children. Two are disabled.
One is physically disabled and he's had to have many surgeries on his male parts. He's unable to use the restroom alone.
He's had to have a catheter put in his bladder. But that made it worse. He got an infection, and had to have another surgery.
He's on pain meds. It's not easy to get to all his doctor appointments. He's also on a breathing machine.
He was born 5 lbs. He was sick. He is now 3 years old. I have to struggle and pay many people to take my son and me to all his doctor appointments.
I also have a 1-year-old son who is unable to walk right. His legs don't work right. He's unable to stand upright for a one year old.
His legs curve in and are very weak. They are small and brittle for a one year old. He's not able to get on his knees. He uses his elbows to move around.
I have to take him to a whole lot of doctors. So just imagine. I have 2 young children with a lot of doctor appointments to attend. And I have 3 children ages 3, 2, and 1.
I don't have a car and I have to pay for all there medications with cash, which is not easy because I have to pay rent and lights and gas bills and try to get diapers also.
Ever since my kids were born I have been doing this all on my own.
