Single Mother Of Disabled Boy Seeks Government Housing Grant

I am a single mother of a young boy that is just 18 months and his name is Isiah. We hit rock bottom when Isiah was just a month old and had a seizure.
I took him to the hospital. That's when I found out he has a medical problem. I just cried and was scared for him.
I was working at that time and going to school to further my education. I had to end my relationship with my boyfriend because he was abusive to Isiah and me.
I left with nothing and had to stop working due to being Isiah's caregiver. He has had so many hospitalizations. It's sad.
We are staying in shelter and it hurts me having so little income coming in. And not having a house where he can be a child really hurts me. Every night that I go to sleep I just want him to live a normal life.
He is on four medicines that don't work. They might have to do brain surgery on him. I have tried to get on section eight. I have tried everything. Nobody seems to want to help.
I am begging for help for my son so we can have a house so he can get to have a life like a child should have.
I am scared that one day we will be on the streets. We live in Baltimore, Maryland and it is so bad here I just want to move away and get a stable house for my son.
He is such a good little boy. We are struggling each day. Can someone please tell me what to do?
