Single Mom With Multiple Disabilities Seeks Government Disability Grants

My story is that in 2005 I was told that I have a very large brain tumor on my brain stem and that I need surgery.
Well I am a mother of twin boys age four at the time and a 17-year-old daughter with a learning disability.
I worked two jobs, went to school, sang on the choir and danced at church.
They told me I was not going to live. In January 2006 I had the surgery. I had no vision, I could not walk, my talking was very distorted and the hearing on left ear was lost.
I wear an eye patch over my right eye. The surgery has messed up the vision.
So far I have to have three surgeries on the head and two on the eye. Taking care of the next person is very hard for me.
I had to learn how to walk and talk and I am learning how to write again. A grant will help my family and me get back on our feet.
Everything was lost. I'm a single mother out of work with three kids that depend on their mom. Someone please help.
