Shooting And Robbery Disabled Man Wrongfully Jailed Seeks Justice Help

by Emmanuel Mitchell
(Memphis, TN, USA)

Two years ago I was shot down and robbed at my small clothing business DandD Resales.

Although I was the victim, I was thrown in state and federal prison because of a bogus police report against me.

The federal judge threw out the case and had me immediately released from federal prison.

However, based on the false police report, the state denied me victim compensation. Now I have nothing except for being physically disabled.

I need emergency help now.

My federal case number in Memphis that the judge threw out is 09-20386-sta United states of America v. Emmanuel Mitchell.

I've given the brief facts but my case is explosive. As I told all the judges and prosecutors, I have no secrets. Please help.

Wow I am sorry to hear this. You can always appeal and the best thing to do is contact a lawyer. I will pray for you. Stay in Jesus' footsteps. Get a disability lawyer and let him do the work while you tell him what happen. Well hope this helped. Jose.
