Quadriplegic Who Needs Grant Money For Her Accessible Van

I am 43-year-old quadriplegic who needs grant money for her accessible van. Injured back in 1994, I have gross motor movement of my arms. I have been working on a degree in Psychology. Now I'm only 19 credit hours from it. Usually I paint or draw in my off times from school, but I've been hitting stumbling blocks.
It started in May 2008, when I was hospitalized after an allergic reaction to an antibiotic. After this I lost all movement in my left arm. I was put in a nursing home for physical therapy and had to remain there until I could find an affordable home, with my husband.
Thankfully, we found a house in Leavenworth, KS in October of 2008. Since then, I’ve been unable to enroll in courses because of problems with finding reliable care. Currently I have none, but I hope to have that remedied before this next semester.
Now, my husband and I are on SSDI and always seem to be over $20 for state aid, but we barely cover our living expenses. I'm not able to make the payments on my converted minivan. I've managed to make some payments, but every month I seem to fall behind. I bought it for $15,000 and I only have $4,074 left to pay. The van is the only means of transportation I have.
I live in a rural community and there isn’t any public transportation available for the handicapped. Any help that can be suggested for this quadriplegic who needs grant money for her accessible van would be so much appreciated.
