PTSD Disabled Veteran Age 58 Seeks Help To Manufacture Small Items

Actually I feel very fortunate in that I have not fallen through the "cracks" in the system and have been receiving SSD benefits. I am very grateful for that, as my disability has no rehabilitation hopes.
If you ask the Veterans Administration the malady is of a psychiatric nature (PTSD), if you ask the Neurologists it is a combination of micro strokes and brain trauma.
In either case, here I am with a debilitating case of short-term memory loss much like Attention Deficit Disorder.
What I miss most about my working career is the personal satisfaction of contributing and job well done. My career was based in manufacturing administration, Materials Management, Capacity Planning and Procurement.
It has been many years now and I have learned and I'm still learning to deal with it. The VA has prescribed an antidepressant that seems to keep me from the mood swings.
I still have a very good skill level in doing things that are physically in front of me. It is very difficult to read a book but I can disassemble and refinish or fix furniture, autos, appliances or anything that I can put my hands on.
Sure, I tend to misplace things or forget what I did that morning but if I lay it out right then it comes back to me with the same exhilaration.
I would like to be able to manufacture small items. I don't have much room at my house so a small lathe and a small mill would be extremely helpful.
I also need to have electricity brought to the house from a power pole that is only 50 yards away.
There are many things that others might say that I need but I think I can manage to get them on my own.
