PTSD Disabled Retired US Navy Veteran Seeks Vehicle Grant Money

I am writing this for my husband, a retired US Navy veteran with PTSD and medical problems with his back.

We lost our car in the flood here July 22. It was a new 2009 Sentra that was totaled. We have applied for different vehicles but were told we need a cosigner.

Because of his PTSD, he's severely depressed now with no vehicle to get around in with his back injury.

We were trying for a car and an SUV to help us. I hope someone can help us out with getting a car. Thank you for listening to us.
