Paralyzed Disabled Veteran Needs Grant Money For Handicap Van

A veteran at the VA hospital is looking for a grant writer to write a grant so he can get a handicap van.

He is paralyzed from the waist down and hasn't been home in eight years.

I'm his nurse and he has asked me to find a grantwriter.
