Need Government Grants For Housing And Transportation For My Family

My name is Calvin Griffin, Sr. I really need government grants for housing and transportation for my family to have a decent place to live and to have a way of getting to the hospital and doctors.
I live in a trailer that is so run down and raggedy I just don't know what to do. I can't really explain it. The landlord doesn't want to fix anything.
My mother stays with us and she is on the breathing machine. She needs to go to the hospital because of the smelly sewage around the trailer.
My kids keep getting sick and we don't have transportation to take them to the hospital. We would have to hitchhike with them to go to the doctor or to the hospital. But it's hot in Louisiana and we're always feeling like we're going to pass out because of the heat.
If there's any kind of assistance we could get, like disability grants or benefits for housing and transportation, that would be so great. My family and I really need the help.
