Man Disabled With Hemophilia Seeking Government Housing Grant

by Anthony Telego
(Auburn, New York, USA)

I was born with hemophilia. It has destroyed most of my joints due to having bleeds in them.

I contracted AIDS, as well as hepatitis C through my blood poduct due to it being tainted with the virus and was given to me by a transfusion.

I have a wife who has stuck with me for 25 years and also four children who have grown to adults and seen what thier father has gone through due to all of the illnesses I have contracted due to my hemophilia.

I am very sickly and don't know how much longer I have left to be here on this earth with the ones I love with all my heart and soul.

I am on a fixed income and it isn't enough or I can't get financing to buy a house for my wife who so deserves one. I would love to live in the country once again if possible.

I know you can help me make my wife's and my dreams come true. We both are AIDS+ now and will die together but hopefully in our own home.

From an old friend...
by: Richard

Hi Tony,

This is Richard from Jacksonville, Florida.

I think we are old friends from college at LCCC from back in the 80s. I am very sad from your story that I have found. I wish there was something I could do to help you. I felt we were really close friends at one time and I seem to remember I thought of you as being my best friend.

I could have the wrong person and if you are I am very sorry. I found this in search for you. Remember our small engine class we had? Those were the best days of my life and miss it very much.

I've been married going on 26 years now. Not to my old girlfriend I used to have though. I met my wife at a place where we used to work. I have 2 children both grown now.

I wish there was some kind of way to help you in this time of need and all I can do is pray for you and your family. Talk to you someday my old friend.

Richard
