Man Disabled With Bipolar Disorder Seeking A Government Business Grant

I'm a 40-year-old man disabled with bipolar disorder looking for a government business grant to open a small Heating and Air-Conditioning Service and Repair Business in Fayetteville, North Carolina. I have my EPA license and several school certificates in HVAC.

Because of my bipolar disorder, I get SSI and Medicaid, but I cannot live on $674 a month. I am married and my wife also has bipolar. She has a four-year degree in management from the University of North Carolina in Wilmington.
