Man Disabled By Mental Breakdown Seeks Education Grant To Restore Prior Life

by Gary Lavelle Greene
(Tacoma, WA, USA)

My name is Gary Lavelle Greene. I'm looking for a government education grant or other means to help me return to my former normal life.

I suffered from a terrible mental breakdown five years ago in 2005 and was rushed to a mental health institution.

Since then life has been hard. I wasn't able to function properly for a year. I've tried working and found that it was very hard for me to keep a job due to my illness.

Now I receive social security and I'm struggling to make ends meet. It's been five years since the episode and now my brain chemistry is returning back to normal.

I believe now that I can honestly succeed with education and a steady dosage of my prescribed medicine.

I know this terrible episode, which has affected my family and life, can't stop me from success.

I just want to return to being normal again. And now with the change of medicine prescribed to me I am confident that with the help of education I can be a true success.

This mental illness that I suffer from has cost me a lot: my child custody, unstableness of shelter, and a disadvantage of being a worker contributing to society.

After five years of trying different medications, I now receive the perfect prescribed medication for my illness.

I believe that with education I can return to my life before I suffered from the breakdown and be the father my son deserves, living a successful peaceful life.

I submit this story only with honesty, sincerity, and truth. And I pray that someone can help me return to my former self and feel normal again. Sincerely, Gary Greene.
