Injury Disabled Man Seeks Government Housing Grant Money For Stable Home

by Bryan Hogue
(Washington, WV, USA)

I am a 49-year-old man. I've worked since I was 16 years old. Now my job is to find government housing grant money for a new home.

One day while I was at work, a rafter fell on my head, injuring my back. Against doctors' wishes I went on working.

I went to college and got a degree in Management. For years I tried to make a life for my wife, two sons and myself.

After four back surgeries and part of my spine removed, I can barely walk, and the pain is constant.

I am now permanently disabled.

My family and I live in a rented mobile home. My wife takes care of the boys and me.

We are on a fixed income. Can anyone help us in finding a government housing grant that will get us a stable home?

Sincerely,

Bryan Hogue
