Indoor Amusement Park Business Grant For Hernia Disabled Widower

I am a 53-year-old widower. I have two grown boys, 30 and 27. I live with my mother. She is 73 years old. I stay here to help her, as she in turn helps me.
Back in 1999 I got a hernia while working to receive funds from New York State aid to families of dependent children, Rensselaer County food stamp program.
I was told to report to the Salvation Army. There I lifted a box of food and that's how I got the hernia.
What happened later is that I had doctor do a hernia repair on me, only to find out in a few days after the surgery that the mesh patch had broken loose from its placement.
I could not get this repaired for a year. The next doctor that operated on me found damage to the ilioinguinal, the genitofemoral and femoral nerves.
There was alo damage to the spermatic cords causing the testes to be removed. I stay in some very crushing amounts of pain. I take morphine and Hydrocodone.
I have no birth certificate. I need this. Next I need to find out if the state would give me a driver's license, knowing I use morphine. I have no car of my own. I do have spasms.
I am finding it hard to find doctors that will take Medicaid. I have had many drugs offered by my doctor, only to find the drugs are not covered
I do wish to have an income; however, I have not found any work at home jobs and for most of them I do not have the skills for that type of work. I am receiving social security. The amount is $674 a month.
I am looking for help in getting every way I can. I need to speak with a person that can tell me what I get to help me.
My idea is to own and operate an indoor water/amusement park. Information on projected earning can be copied from a place like Six Flags, except that earnings would be year-round
I have tried in the past working with the SBA in Albany New York. I no longer have a business plan. It may be still available through the SBA in Albany if they did not delete it.
This is a project that I feel is a very good plan. While I may not have the skills to do everything, I would hire those people in order to get this done at every level.
Almost every city in America could use this indoor amusement park for their local tourism efforts.
After I get the first building up in operation, I will be looking into other locations to improve the employment picture in that local area.
I would like to set up this amusement park with solar panels, or with geothermal systems so it can produce its own energy.
At this time frame I have not chosen a location for this project. There is however many that I do like. What I like about this more than anything else is that it has a year-round income regardless of weather.
When I was trying to do this in Albany, it took me months to do the research. I found that many banks would have nothing to do with me, as I have never done this before.
It is very hard to do something like this when many bankers are looking for me to put up as much as 30% of the cost of the project.
I had thought the SBA would help me with the funding. I found the people at the SBA very hard to work with.
It seemed that they had made up their minds not to help with any part of this. Yet after I moved, state senator Bruno (I did show my plan to him) opened a combo hotel and indoor water park.
I am doing this project first for myself and secondly and more importantly to create jobs in as many places as I can.
I admit that I am not very good at writing, but if I get a chance to speak to anyone that will listen, I know that I can explain it better in person.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. God bless America!
