Home Refinancing Grant Or Loan For Morgellons And Bipolar Disabled Woman

I'm a 49-year-old Morgellons and bipolar disabled divorced mother with two children, 23 and 16.
In addition to my bipolar disorder, I suffer from severe depression, fibromyalgia, sleep apnea and panic attacks.
I also have a new disease called Morgellons. It is in the CDC for studies.
My doctor won't let me go back to work. I really need help with my rent and I have to pay space rent.
My Social Security check barely pays for my mortgage and space rent. I tried my local HUD. I can't even get on list. They say I can wait up to 10 years.
I have to go to all kinds of different doctors for my many health issues.
I have a gastrologist my really bad case of IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). My stomach swells like I am nine months pregnant.
I am also going to an infectious disease doctor.
About three years ago my uncle came to live with me. He was teaching in Guatemala. He got AIDS in May and died in August.
I took care of him. It was hard because I am sick and I was the only one who could take care of him.
Anyway around that time I felt like I had an infection in my body. I thought I had dandruff on my body but it's fibers from the Morgellons.
I have sores with fibers in them. I also have parasites from the Morgellons.
I suffer short time memory loss. My hair is falling out. There is no cure for it and it is sort of like AIDS. It attacks your immune system.
I can't move from where I live. I bought my mobile home in 2004. It was $98,000 dollars. Now it is worth about $35,000.
I called my mortgage company to see if I could refinance my loan. The rate is 9%. They said they could not do anything for me. I owe $40,000 left on the loan.
All the new loan programs they don't accept because they are a private loan company. I tried other loans but I don't qualify because I don't have a job or enough income.
It's like a no-win situation. Please consider my request. I really need the help. Thanks.
