Hemophilia Disabled Young Father Seeks Grant Money For Kids Better Life

My name is Micheal Pack. I am 27 years old and I have two children ages 3 and 3 months. I'm looking for government grant money or equal assistance to build a better life for my kids.
My wife and I have been married for one year. We have been surviving on my $674 a month disability check and food stamps.
I have a blood disorder called hemophilia (severe). I am very excited about my new family and eager to make a life with them, but I don’t see a whole lot of potential in our finances.
We need money to buy our home and free up some of my income to be able to afford to go to school.
Now I do know that there is help available for me, to buy my home and have money for college. I plan on becoming a drug and alcohol counselor.
I just really need a chance. My family is predominately low income, so we have to do this ourselves and raising a family on my income is almost impossible.
My kids deserve a better chance than I had. Government grant money or any form of assistance would be much appreciated.
