Gunshot Disabled 38 Year Old Man Seeks Grant Money For Independence

by William Dexter Clark
(Hot Springs Rehab, Hot Springs, AR, USA)

I am a 38-year-old male who was a victim of a violent crime. I was shot, which left me paralyzed from the chest down.

I am the father of two young boys and would just like the opportunity to live a normal life on my own so that I can continue to spend time with them.

I had no insurance at the time of the accident but have worked all my life. Because of me having no insurance I had to go to a state funded rehab.

I received good care but did not receive the rehab I needed to be independent. They are trying to place me in a long-term care facility (nursing home) now.

I would like to receive a grant so that I may go to a more state-of-the-art rehab facility that can get me independent enough to live on my own.

I do not want to be dependent on anyone to take care of me. I do have use of my arms and hands and feel I can be independent but need more rehab.

Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to give me. Sincerely, William Dexter Clark.

Hey Dex, well I am sure you know who I am now. If not think Arkadelphia. I have been trying to reach you so when you see this please give me a call. You know the house number or my cell. And I will see what I can do as far as some help. Just remember to keep believing in GOD and he will answer all your prayers. Much Love, Tae.
