Grant Money To Change My Life

Some government grant money would help me so much. I'm a 26-year-old single mother of two, living in Philadelphia with my mother, sister, nephew and my two children in a three-bedroom home. I had my first child while I was in my last year of high school, but I still had the motivation to graduate. My son, who is now 7 years old, was born with his tibia bone completely gone on his left leg, and partially in his right.
At the age of one, he had to get his left leg amputated. He now wears a prosthesis. His left leg has had about three surgeries on it because the bones are not connected. The first surgery they tried was to cast it to try and mend the bones together. Then they put a device in it to connect the bones.
His foot is now turned sideways. He had to get a brace made with a foot on it so he'll be able to walk. But still with all that he can't do things like normal children. He can't jump, ride a bike, or walk more than three blocks. He's a very smart and determined child though, who keeps on trying, never giving up and never letting his disability get in his way.
As a young single mother with very little income I would like to give him his own home with his own bedroom because I have another child who's three years old. I was very scared to have another child because of what has happened to my boy, but I did. At times he asks why he doesn't have the same legs as his little sister.
I just try and explain it to him as best I can, letting him know that he's no different and that I love him the same. It's hard for me to keep a job because the school's always calling me to come get him, because he's fallen or whatever. And he's always got an appointment for this reason and that. So I'm just trying to get help, like some kind of government disability grant money, to give my son the space he deserves.
