Government Grant Needed For No-Income Single Mother

I am a 32-year-old mother of two kids. A year ago I was a full-time student, an employee and a mother. I was working in the morning and going to school at night, when I get home I take care of my three-year-old daughter.

Then last October 2008, I found out I was three months pregnant with my second child. Even though I was pregnant I still continued to work and was able to finish up my studies.

I had a really hard time with my second pregnancy, so my doctor suggested for me not to work anymore if I really wanted to keep the baby.

My husband started acting a little crazy around my first-born child and me and giving me a hard time. Then on May 6, 2009, my second child is born. Two weeks after the birth, my husband went really crazy and became really violent.

My husband wanted to hurt my baby and me badly because he said he couldn't take the pressure of having another child in the house. My husband left me, and my kids, with no money and no home.

I've been a single mother of two for almost six months now. It's not easy. I have a heart condition that the hospital is treating and I'm hooked up to a heart monitor. I have no money, no income, and I'm unemployed.

I applied for so many jobs, but none of them even get back with me. My husband does not pay child support for any of my kids. My kids and I do not have a stable home to live in.

My younger baby is only 5 and 1/2 months, I am receiving food stamps to buy food, but the place we live in is not safe. My family doesn't want to help me financially. I have student loans I have to pay off but I'm unable to due to not having any income.

I just hope and pray that one of these days things will change for the better. I am seeking financial assistance for a no-income parent to pay off my debt, or even get a stable place for my kids and me.

$50,000 will pay off my debt, and that money can help me get back on my feet. Please help my kids and me! Thank you very much!

Life is hard!

I am a 30-year-old mother of a beautiful 7-year-old. I am unemployed due to being under supervision and diagnosed with fibromyalgia. My daughter's father and I split up when she was going on 2. He had a big drinking/drug problem that caused him to be violent at times. I was going to school at the time and working 7 days. It got to be too much because I had no help from family for babysitting. Now that she is in school things are a little easier and I wanted to go back in May for my LPN. My mother and stepfather took us in for one month and in the last week my stepfather kicked us out in the cold, dark night with no vehicle. I cried wondering where we were going to sleep. I spent all my food stamp money on their house so we had nothing, just the clothes on our back and her book bag. I have no one that is offering to help us but shelters. That terrifies me because it is something she will never forget. I also don't get child support. Her father is up state for 5 years. We have stayed in a hotel for this past week and tomorrow our time is up. Our money is out. We have nowhere to turn. I have school loans and debt that hurts my credit so I can't apply for a loan. I can keep going... but I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone. I wish you the best and I will have you in my prayers daily. Life is very difficult. The only advice I have is NEVER GIVE UP! Which it seems you haven't.
