Dying 40 Year Old Single Mother To Be Seeks Government Housing Grant

I'm a 40-year-old mother of three. I put more than 10 years of my life on hold to help our three kids.
We homeschooled for three years and have had tons of medical issues. Over the last 10 years, we have spent over $100,000 of our own money to help them.
This has taken a toll on our 20-year marriage. I am becoming a single mother.
I have several medical issues. I will not have money for a transplant so I will do dialysis for as long as God allows.
I am trying to buy a small older home near my daughter's school. I am just trying everything I can.
I am trying to get onto disability, which was filed in December 2009. I am appealing it now.
What do you do with no job, no insurance, no means of working, and not being able to pay for medical issues?
I guess many people die like this everyday. I am sorry if I ever took my health for granted.
