Disabled Woman Seeks Government Education Grant For Online Classes

In 2006, I was working at a job that I had been at for almost 12 years. I took off work to go to the funeral of a teenage boy that was a member of the same church I attended.
That was on a Saturday on Sunday night. My mother woke me to say she wasn't feeling well. She was taken to the local hospital where she was rushed to an out of town hospital where we were told she had a heart blockage.
She was treated but in the middle of the night she had a stroke that has left her disabled to walk. After she was released from the hospital and rehab center she came home so to take care of her I had to quit my job.
Two months later I suffered a stroke due to a heart condition I didn't know about. I have been left disabled, unable to use my left side.
My mother and I now live with one of my sisters. I receive SSI but no medical help at all. I am grateful for being alive because from what I've been told I was in very bad shape.
Since I can't work I would like to take some online college classes but the cost is not in my budget. Finances are limited. Would appreciate any assistance.
