Disabled Woman Looking For Government Housing Grant Money

I'm a 40-year-old disabled woman looking for government housing grant money. I have Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT), which is one of the most common inherited neurological disorders, affecting approximately 1 in 2,500 people in the United States.
I’m married to a hubby who's currently in FPC. I have two children (20-year-old boy with CMT and a 16-year-old girl). I live in a rural community. I am living on SSI. I don't have any money after paying the bills to do the major home repairs that are needing to be done.
I would like to get a government grant to do these repairs. The house is literally falling down around me and my children. I can’t afford to move anywhere else. I really hate asking for help. I was taught to work for everything. Unfortunately, my body was not taught this.
My house is in desperate need of repair. It needs the following:
1. Foundation repaired
2. Sill plates repaired/replaced
3. Eaves repaired/replaced
4. New roofing already with maximum layers that need to be torn off and redone
5. New gutters
6. Repairs to the well outside the back door
I would appreciate the work that is to be done. I have no intentions of selling or moving anytime soon. I would love to stay in my house for the rest of my life.
As a disabled woman looking for government housing grant money, I thank you sincerely for any help that comes my way.
