Disabled Veteran Victimized By The Military System Seeks Grant Money

by James N Walker, Jr
(Simi Valley, CA, USA)

I am "not eligible" for VA benefits as JAG decided to not do their job and defend me, when I was involved in a case where they didn't even look at evidence. They just coerced and fried me.

Due to circumstances, I became physically disabled, and also have PTSD. I only make a little over $900 a month on disability, and my father took me in back in 2007.

I am constantly getting belittled, and asked "When are you moving out?" I cannot afford a car or anything... let alone meds. Part of my disability stems from negligence by an orthopedic surgeon.

I would be forever grateful for any help.

You're saying you were hurt in the Army, but they aren't treating you? Did you have pre-existing medical problems that you did not disclose to the Army? That is the only reason I have heard of for them not treating you or providing VA benefits.
