Disabled Veteran Seeks Government Grants To Fix Substandard Fema Trailer

I am a disabled veteran who wears two braces and my legs are useless without them.
I am living in substandard old FEMA trailer, which is neither staked down nor underpinned. I have been trying four years to obtain grants to help.
It would require several grants to work out the troubles I am in. I even tried to upgrade my trailer but I am on a monthly compensation check, which barely covers our bills.
The first grant could pay off the land and this old trailer so I could buy a new one in its place. The next could take care of paying off the new trailer so I could be less stressed by my PTSD upsets.
I would like to have a couple of bucks in there too for me to be able to do things in my life that I would really to do.
But what is important is for the new trailer to have a ramp, fenced yard, enclosed underpinning, and all the utilities.
I am really concerned that this old trailer will fall apart around me and I will be homeless again.
That can't happen for I am caring for my adopted daughter and her two kids and they took the two front bedrooms and I live in the back bedroom.
I want a chance to know how it is where everything works and be free from debt and I can enjoy my life. Thank you.
