Disabled Veteran Seeking Grant Money To Help Cope With Everyday Struggles

Hello! I am a 42-year-old service connected disabled Army veteran, retired after 12 and 1/2 years of service.
I'm the mother of 3. I am willing to work for my living, but I'm having a very bad time now.
Bills are piling up, the car note is getting behind and my health is declining.
I have Lupus, which is an autoimmune disorder. Basically my body fights against itself. I got diagnosed in 1998 while in Kuwait.
I have been having problems recently and have had to go back and forth to the doctor.
Working right now is really hard to do, because I have problems standing for long periods of time and I have chronic fatigue syndrome.
My bills are piling up I haven't enough money to pay all my bills, and I can't work right know because of my health issues.
I'm trying very hard to hold on to my car so when my health gets a little better I will be able to go back to work.
I have tried getting help from grants, and I applied to increase my disability benefits.
I'm looking into maybe working from home. For that I would need a computer, which I don't have and can't afford.
I am looking for enough grant money to catch up my bills and to carry me over until my health improves and I can go back to work or continue with my education goals.
Maybe they can increase my veterans benefits and I can apply for SSI benefits also.
