Disabled Single Father Seeks Government Grant Money For Vehicle And Other Uses

Roosevelt George in the hospital.
My name is Roosevelt. My son Gabriel is four now. Since birth, his mother has barely been in his life.
I have been supporting Gabriel by myself from the day he was born. His mother visits one week a year.
In 2008, two days before my son's second birthday, I was in a motorcycle accident that paralyzed me from the chest down (c-7).
I don't have grip in my hands but I can still use them to pick up things. After two months of rehab, my fiancé, son and I moved up to fort Washington, Maryland to live with my mom to help.
Gabriel has just finished his first year of pre-K.
Our vehicle is breaking down, and my mother is moving out. I need money to help with a used car. I would like to put my son in activities for the summer.
I have to buy a new set of school clothes every 3-4 months because he grows out of them. He wears uniforms to school.
I will also need money to help with the utility bills I will take over paying.
I have no transportation to get to medical appointments and therapies for myself and school visits and medical appointments for my son.
Any support would help. Thank you!
