Disabled Single Father Seeks Government Grant For Housing Improvement

I'm a disabled single father living in St. Augustine, Florida. I'm trying to make a better life for my son and me.

I've gone through all local agencies here with no luck. I either have bad credit or they want me to sell my place and move somewhere else.

My mobile home is old and floors are bad and the roof leaks but its still home. I would like to get a loan I can afford or a grant to make a fresh start.

Being on SSI disability doesn't give me a lot to work with but it's all I have and I'm grateful to have it. Thank you for listening.
