Disabled Single Father Needs Grant Or Loan To Buy Family Home To Avoid Homelessness

My name is Brian. I got a divorce in 2006 and was awarded full custody of my seven-year-old daughter.
I have type 1 diabetes, am legally blind and on dialysis. I have a hard time to walk due to strokes. I've had some heart attacks too. the list goes on and on.
Now 40, I've been diabetic since I was 7. I have been on dialysis for over eight years
I am writing today because I live with my father, in a three-bedroom house that was once my grandparents' home.
It is supposed to be mine and my daughters next. My father is 67 years old. He promised us the house during my divorce, and testified to it.
He did a reverse mortgage and got money for the house, over $100,000. I am not sure of the exact number.
He thought the world would be destroyed by Jehovah, so he splurged on himself and spent the money in less than one year.
Now he tells me that if I want the house I need to pay back the money plus interest, which is $300,000. I think that comes out to $1,800 a month. I only make $700. a month.
I would like to make another home on the property, for my daughter and myself. If anything should happen I could have a rental to help me pay the loan back.
If I could get a grant or a bank loan please comment. I am trying to not be homeless.
