Disabled Mother Seeks Dental Grant Money For Bipolar Son

My Son Justin
My son, Justin, is 28 years old. He suffers from bipolar disorder but was turned down for Social Security Disability.
He works at Arby's Roast Beef Restaurant and rarely gets more than 25 hours a week. He cannot afford dental and health insurance.
He has two wisdom teeth that are horribly decayed and a molar tooth that is almost as bad and he suffers from debilitating pain.
He applied for Medicaid but was turned down. We have a Dental College right in our hometown, but they won't take patients who need wisdom teeth removed.
I've paid for a dental discount program through Careington, but the cost to remove all three teeth is over $350 even with a discount.
I don't have dental care either, and haven't had my teeth cleaned in over 20 years. I have a front tooth that is almost totally decayed but it doesn't cause any pain, so I'm more concerned about him than me.
I'm 52, and permanently disabled. I suffer from Lupus and depression. Because of my fixed income, I have no way to help him.
Are there any grants available to get dental care for him?
