Disabled Iraq Veteran Looking For Government Housing Grant Assistance

by Jose Gallo
(East Stroudsburg, PA, USA)

The Cover of a Magazine Made for the VA

My name is Jose Gallo. I'm a disabled Iraq veteran looking for government housing grant assistance. I went to Iraq and was shot in the head.

I'm alive but I can't move the left side of my body. I can't do much. I can't work and it's hard because I can't help my wife to pay for our home.

We have two girls of 8 and 9. They love their home and I feel like if we are going to lose our home. We can't make the payment for our home.

Please help. I dont know how to explain it all but if I talk to someone it will help. A housing grant from the government would really help.

Hello Jose,

I feel for you and your family and I know that your children need to feel secure. I want you to know that I'm rooting for you, and hope others will see things the way that I do.

Thank-you for your sacrifice in the defense of our freedom, and for your gift to our country, you deserve the help you need.

Sincerely,
