Disabled Former Pharmacist Seeks Grant Money For Schooling And Debt Relief

by Gary Miles
(Cordova, Alabama, USA)

I am a pharmacist and have been for 34 years. Seven years ago I was in a terrible accident and have been unable to work, even though I did attempt to.

I was told I was not over my wreck. I have terrible memory loss, and suffer from diabetes, hypertension, depression and anxiety.

My son is at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN and cannot afford to send himself to school.

I cannot help because I have been turned down for Social Security disability, even though I was told I was not over my wreck. I cannot stand or sit for a length of time.

I also have lost my home, vehicle and insurance, and sometimes I go 3-4 nights without closing my eyes.

It seems that after working for 44 years I can get no help. I live with my mom and am dependent on her for everything. I only want what is owed to me since I paid taxes for 40 years, nothing more and nothing less.

I cannot see a doctor and it is a daily struggle. Any help would be appreciated. Please let me hear from you. Sincerely, your truly avid supporter, Gary Miles.
