Disabled Father With Major Depression Symptoms Seeks Business Startup Grant

I'm an accident-disabled married man with six children. I'm looking for a business startup grant to open up a restaurant.
My family life is less than ideal due to a bad accident that left me disabled with major depression symptoms.
In April of 2008 my doctor took me out of work due to an injury I had in 1977 when I broke my neck and was paralyzed for 18 months.
Although I thank God I am not in a wheelchair, I suffer chronic pain and I am in pain management.
It took me almost two years to get my SSDI. In the meantime, my bills continued to pile up.
I am trying to see what grants are available for me to either start up a business or to help my off my debts.
When I broke my neck in 1977 I ended up fused at C3, 4 and 5. I have 10 feet of stainless steel wire around C3 through C6.
I am always in pain. My left arm is numb and it goes all the way to my fingertips.
The medication I take for my chronic pain makes me drowsy. I forget things easily, and become very depressed.
My doctor took me out of work because I kept falling down and almost fell down a flight of steps.
I can't work anymore nor can I do any of the fun things I used to enjoy like bowling, golf, playing guitar, playing with me children, four wheeling, and so on.
I cannot work due to my pain, medication and potential to hurt someone else. Most of the time I am either in my chair, in my bed or hanging out at a local cafe so I can talk to people.
I would like to open a cafe or restaurant. I would sell made-to-order sandwiches, from-scratch fresh meals, hot dogs and 100% Angus burgers, all delivered with top-notch service.
I live in East Texas and restaurants around here do am average of $30,000 to $50,000 a month.
I would like to get a piece of the pie, but I do not have the start up funds that are needed to build my own place or rent an existing one.
A business startup grant would give me a shot at independence and help me overcome my disability and major depression symptoms.
