Disabled Couple Seeking Business Grant Money To Employ People With Disabilities

My husband and I have been married for 18 and 1/2 years. Both of us have disabilities. My husband has cerebral palsy and epilepsy and I have Asperger's syndrome and ADHD.
Fortunately, I was able to obtain a great deal of help so I was able to obtain a job and keep it. It hasn't been without its struggles and difficulties.
At any rate, I convinced my husband to start a business with him in mind to help him get a job through a home-based business of our own.
The problem is that this idea developed into a much bigger opportunity to employ people with disabilities whether mental or physical or both.
I've been working on this for two years and already have this established as a start. I just need help in terms of startup money and getting the right help in terms of getting everything set up.
A proposal has already been written and I'm already trying to get the grant process going.
I also am in the process of trying to get the right people to help me find the right people to hire.
I was also trying to see if I could hire a downsized baby boomer to help with the process and to work with the challenged individuals as a mentoring process.
