Disabled Controls Engineer Seeks Housing Grant To Save Century Home

by John Janofsky
(Painesville, Ohio, USA)

I am about to lose my home because I couldn’t follow through on my commitments to my sister who bought it to help me out since I am on disability.

She helped people live in the other part of the house who couldn’t meet their obligation because of the present economy. This forced my sister to back up and she is putting the house up for sale.

This home is a century home that has the natural resources to utilize off the shelf products to utilize wind, solar, hydrogen and other green sustainable energy practices.

If I could save the home and implement these ideas with an evaluation period I can find the best systems for a hard green area like north East Ohio.

I am on disability hoping to be saved by government grants and find myself a way to getting off disability since consulting is one way to work and get off disability.

My plans are solid and will benefit many times over. I am a Controls Engineer and capable to the task. I pray that the government sees the potential.
