Disabled Construction Superintendent Seeks Financial Options
by Dave Miller
(Colorado, USA)
I am a disabled construction superintendent who was injured in two separate auto accidents while at work.
I was traveling between projects when a car ran a red light and we collided causing neck and shoulder injuries, resulting in a total shoulder replacement and a cervical fusion.
While getting treated for these injuries, I was again in another accident, which hurt my lower back resulting in a three-level fusion.
Being this is so complicated the insurance companies are fighting over liability and workers' compensation denies responsibility. So my lawyers are having a struggle sorting it all out now.
My employer has fired me because I couldn't return to work for a year. I still have a mortgage and day-to-day bills coming in, but no income. I've exhausted every asset and savings I have, just to get by.
I am not looking for charity, just loans or options to help my financial situation until I can return to a productive life.
I am working hard to get myself physically able but it takes time. My creditors don't seem to understand they just want timely payment.
I would entertain any help or suggestion that anyone could offer. Thanks, Dave.
