Disabled Bipolar Mother Of MMR Daughter Seeks Government School Grant

My name is Susan. I am 43 years old. I am going back to school to learn. I'm taking Psychology classes. I am disabled and draw $846 a month in Disability.
I want to further my education, but financial burdens are a problem for me.
I am married, and my husband doesn't work right now. He is sick and has been denied for medical help and SSI.
I am raising a 23-year-old handicapped daughter. She is MMR (mildly mentally retarded), and has mental illness issues. She is mentally challenged.
I'm disabled for a few reasons. I was a CNA and got hurt, and ended up having to get back surgery.
I have nerve damage, scars, and it will never get better, only worse. I stay in pain every day. I also am bipolar, and have anxiety issues.
I am trying to find some kind of help for college funding, or help to make our lives better. I worked all my life, raised three kids by myself.
My first husband was very abusive, but we got through it. I feel like I've earned any kind of help I can get for my family and me.
