Diabetes Disabled Army Veteran Needs Grant Money To Avoid Homelessness

I spent five years in the U.S. Army from 1973 to 1977. Now at the age of 56, I have had five bypasses, a stent and thyroid surgery.
I am an insulin-dependent diabetic, taking four shots a day along with a long list of other medicine.
I also have high blood pressure and have had a spinal implant put in my back to help me walk. I used to have to use a wheelchair.
I stay in pain 99% of the time.
I served five years of active duty in the Army and worked for a utility company for 32 years.
Now I have no place to live and no place to go. I sure could use some help.
