Desperate Lady Trucker Seeks Government Grant Money To Save Home

I'm a 46-year-old truck driver that went in for what I thought was a simple knee replacement. My first surgery was in March of this year.
The surgery went well till the next day when my tendon broke. I had to go back into surgery to repair it. Then three days after that surgery, while I'm still in the hospital, I fell getting out of bed and dislocated the knee and broke the tendon again.
So, back to surgery I go. Everything was repaired and after five days I was sent home. I thought everything was going OK, but I was wrong. The incision was not healing right. Three places were not closing up and kept draining really bad.
My doctor did a culture and found out I had an infection. He started me on strong antibiotics. About eight days later I got out of bed to go to the bathroom and when I put my feet on the floor, the pain was so intense. All this infection just gushed out of the three places that wouldn't close up.
So, here I go back to the hospital. They put me on intravenous antibiotics. I had to stay another week in the hospital. I finally get to go home again.
I was home about six days and lying in bed. I started to move my leg and the pain was almost more than I could bear.
So, off to the hospital I go again. In the meantime, my husband, a truck driver too, is still out on the road working. I thought he was taking care of the bills and paying the mortgage. Our best friend Chris was unemployed at the time I had to have my surgery and moved into our house to help care for me.
My loving husband of 11 years thought Chris and I were having an affair while he was out on the road when it was his idea to move Chris into the house. We were not having an affair.
I had to go back into the hospital because my knee dislocated again. While I was in the hospital, my husband cleaned out the bank account and the house and left me.
I've had 10 surgeries on my leg and due to the damage the infection did, I have no knee in my right leg. I have to learn to walk again because I was bedridden for 10 months.
I can't work and have no one but Chris to help me. I can't pay my mortgage and I'm afraid I'm going to lose my house. I have applied for disability but got turned down. I appealed it, but they say it will take a year to get it. By that time I will be homeless.
I have no one to help me, and nowhere to go. I have no health insurance and had to get food stamps. I need some help and don't know what to do or where to go. I've always worked and never been in this kind of position before.
I get so depressed sometimes, I even thought about ending it all. I just can't take the stress any more. Everyday I live with pain and my government says that I'm not disabled.
Anything you can do to help me would be so appreciated. Thank you, Mary Scott.
