Blood Clot Disabled Single Mom Seeks Housing Grant Money For Room Repair

I am a 28-year-old single mom. For the past four years, I have been sick with a two-foot long blood clot in my leg.
It makes it hard to walk at times. I can't run or do anything that's much fun. I can't fly. I'm just learning to drive. I can't play the way I used to with my son.
I see doctors and do everything I can. But I can't really work because I can't stand longer than an hour or half hour and I can't sit for that long as well.
I am on SSI and I get $640 a month. I live at home with my parents and my son. There is no father. He ran away years go but for the better.
I have to pay for food (which I don't mind.) I give my parents $400 a month. That leaves me with almost nothing. I have to take care of my son's needs: school clothes, things like that.
My mom can't work because she has two bad knees and my dad is very sick. A tick bit him and it really messed him up.
He's also sick with a few other things: thick blood, heart problems.
The reason I need help with a grant or any other kind of money is really simple: the room I am living in. It's falling apart.
Every time it rains or snows it leaks in the room and so bad that chunks of it are coming down. I can't live in this anymore.
I would like to get it fixed or move to the basement, but I need money for that. If there is any way that I can get help, please leave comments here for me. Thanks!
