Blind Disabled Vietnam Veteran Seeks Government Grant Money

I am 55 as of January 29, 2010. I am a disabled veteran from the Vietnam era.
I am blind, have COPD in my lungs, and am on blood thinners as a result of a test I had at the VA in Salt Lake City.
I had a massive clot in my left leg after this test was done. In five days the clot is still in my leg because my body doesn't absorb it like most people do.
So due to this and some other small clots, I am on medication the rest of my life.
I also have PTSD. I was raped in a hotel in Cleveland, Ohio, waiting to go to Fort Polk Louisiana.
I had taken my exams and was sworn in and all that stuff, but they do not exempt this. I was not at Fort Polk yet and on active duty.
When you sign any contract of any kind you are responsible for it, but not this. When I was 12 my father raped me and I didn't remember this for a long time. I just blocked it out for years.
So the army released me and said I would never get any thing from them so I never checked until I was in my late 40s when everything started go bad with my health.
Remembering the second rape while I was in the hotel in Cleveland, the VA has been very good to me once I got on with them.
I get my health care and a pension from them now. I would like to get a grant to help get everything in order, the house paid off, the bills paid off, my teeth fixed and other things.
I have tried to get grants on the computer but they do not give you everything you need. Thank you.
